These terms govern your use of elumma.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

ELUMMA is an online retailer selling to customers in the United States. You can reach us at info.elumma@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions, and what's in the box. Product photos are representative — small variations in color, finish, or packaging can occur between production batches, and screen calibration affects how colors appear.

We don't make medical, health, or safety claims about our products beyond what the manufacturer specifies.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout. Import duty can apply to items shipped from an overseas warehouse — see our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it — we'll always contact you first.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we can't verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

8. Returns

Our return terms are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The ELUMMA name, logo, site design, and original written content are our property. You're welcome to view and share our pages; please don't copy our content for commercial use without permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't exclude any liability that can't legally be excluded.
